Absolulty stunning collar. Regal and elegant for my beuatiful Silken Windhound. It has a little metallic thread, so has an elegant sheen. However, I also ordered the "coordinating" leash, it was an awful tacky neon pink. Not coordinating by anyone's standards! No one ever responded to my nurmous emails to correct the situation. Money down the toilet because I refuse to use such an ugly leash. Collars are fine, but I won't buy their awful leashes. Unbelievaly horrible customer service after spending hungreds of dollars here.
I have ordered numerous collars and for my Silken and they have been pretty nice. This one is matte finish, so not as pretty. I think if it had a little sheen or metallic it would have been outstanding. Can't really tell on the website, either. The customer service is AWFUL and NONEXISTANT. I ordered "coordinating" leash for my previous order and they sent an awful neon pink leash that was far from coordinating and just gross and tacky looking. I sent at least 3 emails and no one ever responded!!! Such piss poor experience for such expensive items. I have already spent several $100 on this website, so you'd think someone would respond!! So don't buy anything here unless you know 100% you will like it. You'll never get a response from the owners.
