Orders are created in the order in which they are received. Please allow 5-7 business days for our dedicated team to customize your gear. We often can ship sooner than this and we always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Please note that our ID COLLARS take and additional 5 days as we wait for our stainless steel and engraved tags to reach us from our incredible supplier.
Unfortunately, after nearly 20 years of shipping our collars and gear around the world, we are not able to ship outside of the United States at this time. This was a difficult decision and the surging postal costs and the inability to track orders once outside of the US has forced this decision.
